I was in such a dark place when I made my first appointment to see Miriam. I suffered from severe depression and anxiety and was taking medication for both. With Miriam’s expert guidance I explored my past, and the damaging learnt behaviours and thought patterns I had developed. This took time, was sometime times difficult, but I looked forward to the session each week. Each session provided a safe space where I could focus on understanding me.
Slowly, I began to feel better in myself and about myself. I am delighted that I now experience contentment in my life every day and am, thankfully, medication free. There are challenges, but I am much better equipped to deal with them. I now look forward to my future.
