I provide support for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem and life transitions. My services cater to both adults and teenagers.
While there is overlap, counselling generally focusses on specific issues and is often shorter-term. Psychotherapy tends to be more in-depth, exploring underlying patterns and may be longer-term. I offer both and will recommend the best approach for your needs.
