Confidentiality is a cornerstone of this practice, ensuring that what you share remains private. However, under client safety and child protection legislation, there are exceptions. If there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, legal obligations require me to intervene. This will be discussed fully in your initial intake session.
Each 40-minute session is €90. For some cases, I may recommend shorter sessions twice weekly, with fees agreed upon individually. The frequency and duration of sessions vary depending on the type of change you are seeking and the complexity of your issues.

After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with forms to complete. In our first session we will review confidentiality, address any questions and start exploring your needs.
